I was always involved in organized athletics from a young age. I played soccer through high school, but took a break from athletics, as I completed my undergraduate degree at Rutgers. After graduation and getting back into a fitness routine through spin and boot camp-style classes, I was introduced to CrossFit in 2014 and was immediately hooked. The intensity and variations of the workout, coupled with the emphasis on community helped me feel like part of a team again. As a coach, I hope to encourage new and experienced athletes to discover their athletic potential while, most importantly, having fun!
